president, John McBride, SPHR, brings his expertise in Human Resources Management

His career began in several family owned businesses, providing keen insight into what it
takes to make a small business succeed.
After college, he spent nine years with two retail giants managing store operations, sales,
inventory and shrinkage.
As Director of Human Resources Mr. McBride was responsible for a workforce in excess
of 55,000 in all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
As Director of Risk Management, Mr. McBride protected company assets in over 75
locations across the United States.
Mr. McBride holds his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification,
achieved by only 2% of HR professionals.
