Employees and individuals achieve greater work / life balance through taking quality vacations About our Founder: After spending over 20 years in family business and corporate roles Founder and Managing Director, John McBride, SPHR, established Actapon Consulting Services in 2001. His career began working in several family owned businesses, providing him with keen insight into what it takes to make a small business succeed. Mr. McBride spent nine years with two retail giants managing store operations, sales, employee relations, productivity, inventory and shrinkage. Subsequently, as Director of Risk Management and Human Resources Mr. McBride was responsible for a workforce in excess of 55,000 employees in all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. Mr. McBride currently volunteers with the American Diabetes Association where he has served as Advocacy Chairperson for the New Jersey Community Leadership Board and Tour de Cure Committee Member as well as having served on the National Advocacy Committee and the Legislative Affairs Sub-Committee He is also a Past President of SHRM of Central New Jersey having served from 2004-2009 as President |
